• Create and manage Builders Circle and donor-recruitment events to engage current donors and acquire new supporters.
• Create timely reports that reflect giving progress and patterns and utilize data to design plans for donor communication and conversion.
• Manage the donor communication calendar incorporating collaborative direct marketing efforts with Habitat International, major donors and comprehensive campaign timelines.
• Steward and manage existing relationships with family foundations and identify new funding opportunities with local foundations.
• Implement and support database strategy with the Database Manager to ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the donor database (Raiser’s Edge NXT).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create donor-centric print and digital materials and incorporate giving throughout the brand.
• Represent and articulate Habitat’s mission, vision, and values to its existing and potential constituents and supporters. Enhance the awareness of Habitat and its mission throughout the Greater Indy area.

The panel was called "Marriage and Family" and I presented my paper titled "As Strict as Can Be: A Comparison of Japan and China’s Family and Social Hierarchies Pre-1500 Era" that I received a 100% on in my Asian Civilization History course.

Alternate for Gilman Scholarship

A Gilman Scholarship enables American students to gain proficiency in diverse languages and cultures, skills that are critically important to their academic and career development. The applicant pool was highly competitive, making your selection as an alternate an impressive accomplishment. As an alternate, I am still eligible to be selected should there be finalists who cannot or choose not to accept their awards.

Charles w. Scott Humanitarian Award

Charlie W. Scott wanted students who were dedicated to becoming teachers and bettering public education to be better prepared for higher education through his award. This award is given to a student who attended at least two years at Carmel Middle school, has demonstrated a commitment to community service, and is planning a career in education.

21st Century Scholar

Earning the 21st Century Scholarship provides students up to four years of undergraduate tuition at any participating public college or university in Indiana. After enrolling, Scholars must meet certain expectations in high school and in college to earn and maintain their scholarship.
